BIPOC Illustrstors/Visual artists Workshop Leaders

Sussex based creative charity Little Green Pig are seeking experienced illustrators/visual artists/creative BIPOC workshop leaders for upcoming collaborations. We are specifically looking to work with BIPOC illustrators and visual artists who have experience of working with young people on upcoming projects in secondary schools. One upcoming project is called ‘Hidden Histories’, working in a local Brighton secondary school in June and July to co-run a series of 6 creative workshops exploring themes of identity, heritage and diversity alongside writer and workshop leader Akila Richards.
The planning for projects will take place in May and the workshops will take place during June and July within school settings. Planning meetings, half day workshops and evaluation meetings are all paid at the rate of £175 per session.

Volunteer with LGP

We are always looking out for volunteers. Primarily, our volunteers become LGP Story Mentors. These are volunteers who work alongside young people at our workshops in order to facilitate their creativity. However, we’re also looking for illustrators, fundraises or anyone else who would like to help!

Little Green Pig is excited to be recruiting young people to join our Youth Advisory Board. We are looking for passionate and diverse individuals (approximately between the ages of 14-18) to help make our projects more engaging, accessible and fun for everyone involved.
