About
us
Little
Green Pig was set up in June 2007. Its Co-Directors and main workshops
leaders are Ella Burns and Lucy Snell. We also have support from volunteers
and our committee.
Ella
Ella’s favourite colour
is green and she doesn’t eat pigs. She loves scribbling stories,
curling up with a good book, watching films and dancing. Some of her favourite
authors are Roald Dahl, Maurice Sendak, Angela Carter and Paul Auster.
When she’s not working at Little Green Pig she can be found working
on a young people’s website at East Sussex County Council, watching
sunsets or feeding her noodle addiction.
Lucy
Lucy’s favourite colour
is also green. Or blue. Or bluey-green. She loves the sea on sunny clear
days, or windy wet days, and can be seen collecting bits and pieces and
ideas from the shore for a poem or two. She loves Bob Dylan and has a
soft spot for a good voice and a guitar. Some of her favourite poets are
William Blake, Robert Frost and Edward Thomas. She also works as an English
teacher at BHASVIC.
